Welcome Back!

We are taking a slow approach so that we can open in a safe environment for our employees and guests. Along with the use of face masks that cover nose and mouth, and enhanced cleaning practices, we have added an air purifier system.

If you are planning on dining in, there are a few things to be aware of. We require guests to wear a mask whenever they are not seated at a table. When you arrive, if you use the restroom and when you depart, please wear your mask. This is the best way keep everyone safe.

The Restaurant

No strangers to the local dining scene, Chepe and Eileen Garcia opened their first Chicago restaurant, Buona Terra, in the Logan Square neighborhood in 2002. The opportunity to open another restaurant came13 years later with the purchase of the building that would become Buona Terra’s sister restaurant, Hearth and Crust. Just like Logan Square, Irving Park was in need of a family friendly, date night worthy, girls night out, neighborhood restaurant. Hearth and Crust offers all of that plus a great menu with fresh, soul-warming food and fantastic wines in a relaxed environment. On July 5, 2017, Hearth and Crust opened its doors to rave reviews.
